Delivery methods

 

Chopin accept orders for delivery in the territory of the Italian state, in Europe and throughout the world.

 

On the Italian territory is used courier Bartolini and in Europe and the rest of the world, the goods are shipped by courier DHL.

 

Chopin does not ship at Mail Boxes, post offices, and companies that provide domiciliary services. For every order placed on www.chopinroma.com will be issued notice of sale or invoice. For the issuance of the fiscal document, refer to the data provided by the customer when ordering. After the issuance of the document, no change will be possible.

Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order. Costs are subject to possible surcharges for particular conditions (restricted traffic areas, hard to reach areas or peripherals). The delivery of ordered goods is by truck means, unless otherwise specified. The goods are shipped with packaging made by Chopin and goods in the packaging are well protected.

The goods ordered are delivery to the carrier normally within 2 working days after payment and delivery time to the customer is 3 working days (on the Italian territory). The same may vary due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by the Authority. Standard Delivery will take place during the following hours: from 9.00 to 13.00; from 14.00 to 18.00 every day except holidays, from Monday to Friday. No responsibility can be attributed to Chopin in case of delay in delivery of goods ordered.

Upon delivery of the goods by the carrier, the customer is required to check:

 

    1. that the number of boxes is the corresponds to what is indicated on the packing slip or invoice;
    2. that the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered.

 

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages should be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery, adding the words " withdrawn goods with reservation for damaged package", or " withdrawn goods with reservation for pack open" or " withdrawn goods with reservation for packages missing "on the appropriate document.

Once you have signed the document of Courier, the Customer may not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered goods. Even the packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within 8 calendar days of receipt. Any damages or hidden defects must be reported in writing by registered mail with return receipt to the carrier whose address is explained on the accompanying document and for knowledge to Immagini Srl. Each alert over these terms will not be considered. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statements.
